Easy Crustless Apple Pie

If you’re like me & hate store bought pie crust but find it extremely difficult to make homemade dough, this recipe is for you.

Takes only 10 minutes to prepare & within an hour you will have delicious apple pie!


Easy Crustless Apple Pie 

(Vegan & Gluten Free)

4 cups peeled & diced apples

2 cups fresh cranberries

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup gluten free oat flour

1 tsp cinnamon

3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 425F

2) Mix all ingredients in a bowl & pour mixture in a 9in greased ceramic bowl

3) Bake for 50 minutes and serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
