This past weekend, I was trying to make a cookie dough flavored mugcake but instead created this Cookie Pie! I have to admit, this is probably the best dessert that I have ever created!
This cookie pie tastes exactly like the rich and decadent cookie pies you can order at the Cheesecake Factory except this pie is far healthier and tastier in my opinion 😉
(Vegan & Gluten Free)
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
50g gluten free oat flour
30g chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp almond milk
Dash of salt
1) Preheat oven to 350F.
2) Cream the sugar and oil until smooth. Mix in the rest of the ingredients until a thick batter has formed.
3) Pour batter into a greased 6 inch ramekin & bake for 10 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream & chocolate fudge sauce. Enjoy!
