Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie stuffed with Nutella

I think everybody needs a dish that is a crowd pleaser but at the same time, extremely easy to make in a crunch. This cookie pie is the perfect dish to make for a family reunion or for your friends who think it’s perfectly acceptable to walk into your house & eat all of your food.

Depending on your food allergies or lack thereof, you can use all purpose flour or almond flour. If you happen to make the healthier version, please do not use oat flour since the oat texture is extremely overpowering in this dish. The oat flour actually ruins the buttery taste & turns it into a dried up oatmeal cookie. 😟

Step 1: Spread half the cookie dough onto a 6 inch buttered ramekin

Step 2: Next drizzle Nutella & sprinkle 60g of chocolate chips on top of the 1st layer of cookie dough.
 Step 3: Add the 2nd half of the batter on top & press some more chocolate chips onto the cookie pie.

Step 4: Bake for 10 minutes at 350F.

And tada!  You have a cookie pie stuffed with Nutella & chocolate. All of my friends & family who tried this absolutely LOVED it! 😊

Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie stuffed with Nutella

Serves 8 -10

1/2 cup sugar

6 tbsp melted butter

200g all purpose flour or almond flour

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup milk

Dash of salt

120g chocolate chips

Nutella, as much as you want

1) Preheat oven to 350F.

2) Using a whisk, beat the sugar and butter until smooth.

3) Mix in the rest of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips & Nutella until a thick batter has formed.

4) Pour half the batter into a greased 6 inch ramekin, then add the Nutella & chocolate chips. Spread the other half of the cookie dough & press some extra chocolate chips on top.

5) Bake the cookie pie for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream. Enjoy!
