Healthier than store bough cake? Check
Tastes like Nutella? Check!
(Vegan, Paleo & Gluten Free)
40g banana or 2 tsp of oil
1 tbsp almond milk
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp hazelnut flour
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp chocolate chips
1) Mash the banana with the remaining wet ingredients until there are no banana chunks remaining.
2) Stir in the dry ingredients until a thick batter forms.
3) In a greased ramekin, pour half the batter, then add the chocolate chips in the center, and then top it off with the remaining batter. (Hence ‘lava’)
4) Microwave the mugcake for about 1:40 – 2 minutes.
For extra deliciousness, cover the entire Mugcake with Nutella & sprinkle roasted hazelnuts on top! Enjoy! 😘
